JustVenture Photography Client Agreement
This agreement is entered into between JustVenture Photography, operated by Wyatt Fairbanks (“Photographer”), and the client listed below (“Client”).
Client Information
Services & Payment
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the booking date. Remaining balances must be paid before the session or event.
Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery. RAW/unedited files are not included.
Creative Style
The client understands they are hiring JustVenture Photography based on the photographer’s portfolio, editing style, and cinematic storytelling approach.
Copyright & Usage
JustVenture Photography retains copyright ownership of all images. Clients receive personal-use rights for printing and sharing. Images may not be sold or altered without written permission.
Model Release
The client grants permission for JustVenture Photography to use images for portfolio, social media, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
